Right to work verification is not only a pre-employment standard with our clients but is also a legal requirement. As a responsible recruiter, we can make no assumption as to Right to Work until this check is complete.
Method of Verification:
As with all of our checks, you have options to choose from when verifying your identity. If you require guidance or should you have difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact your Compliance Officer.
Our ID checks are carried out digitally, via a secure ID verification third party site. You may then be required to complete a quick check with a member of our team via Microsoft teams. This depends on the region you are working in, and the type of ID or right to work you hold; your compliance officer will guide you on this.
You are also very welcome to attend a verification appointment in addition to digital checks, either at one of our offices or at a location to suit you, if you prefer. Just let your compliance officer know, and this can be arranged.
