Carine and Carla have both been excellent, easy to talk to, polite and helpful. They keep in contact and check if anything is needed and willing to contribute in educational activity, help with appraisal and costs which I found difficult with other agencies. They are also available when approached to talk which makes them a better consultant than other agencies.
